ra1n1ng on 4:38 PM 09/30/2021: Good upgrade since the last I managed to get XCJUPIBSCDQ, sadly this is wrong, I don't have time to reverse this right now so if someone could write a solution that would be great!
ra1n1ng on 5:19 PM 09/30/2021: Key: P_BIT_HARDER?
Turns out I just missed the first letter
Marquire on 5:22 PM 09/30/2021: Well done ! My original key was supposed to be "A_BIT_HARDER?", but there are also different solutiuons by chance :)
ra1n1ng on 6:03 PM 09/30/2021: Thank you, just sent a solution btw for others. Hope to see a v5 soon!
DispatchCode on 9:37 AM 10/01/2021: @Marquire: you said that there are different solutions... so a key (without any meaning) that pass the validation test, is valid? :P
DispatchCode on 9:56 AM 10/01/2021: ...as an example the key: GE?LBEOZJ?ZWD is considered valid or a not intended solution?
ra1n1ng on 1:11 PM 10/01/2021: @DispatchCode From what I've seen, it's to do with the encryption and hashing that allows for different keys to work
DispatchCode on 2:17 PM 10/01/2021: Yeah, but so what I ask is: there is just a valid or preferred/accepted key, or N valid keys?
Yesterday I have looking into it and I have written a little C code that generate multiple keys. So I'm just asking if "random" keys (but with the same hashing values) are valid or not :)
Marquire on 2:18 PM 10/01/2021: Every key which is accepted is right then :) but this was not intended
DispatchCode on 2:23 PM 10/01/2021: @Marquire: Ok, thanks for the clarifications :)
May I give a suggestion? Next time maybe you can give the key format so there are no doubt about it. ;)
Anyway, good crackme/keygenme!
Marquire on 2:52 PM 10/08/2021: I have uploaded a V5 version a couple of days ago.. But it seems to take some time here.
ra1n1ng on 5:31 PM 10/08/2021: @Marquire can't wait for a v5, I too uploaded a solution for v4 however It too seems to be taking some time.
ra1n1ng on 10:47 PM 10/14/2021: I don't think anything is being uploaded...
1337ReverseEngineer on 10:36 PM 07/23/2022: Very nice crackme.
