@sacredgravel44
The key is generated based on cryptography, which is completely reversible. Therefore, by studying the algorithm, you can generate the exact same key. And that is precisely the point: there is no need to blindly guess the key. You must find the algorithm, deobfuscate (or clarify) it, and generate the key. You can use the algorithm to generate hundreds of keys that will lead to a successful message.

@sacredgravel44 as a hint , Correct flag should start with CMO

@sacredgravel44 Sure , as i said only comment when you get correct flag please don't spam. If I could, I would definitely send you a video of how the program functions correctly when it receives the right key.

@TwisterWBest Before your last comment, I thought you hadn’t really analyzed the VM. However, after reading your more detailed explanations, I realized that you had analyzed it to a great extent. Well done!
The key is recoverable. There is intentionally a bug in the VM that allows you to bypass all the steps you mentioned. You just need to patch the VM to alter the program’s control flow.

I believe you have taken the wrong approach in some areas; for instance, according to the challenge rules, you should not modify the file. Instead, you need to find the key—which can be achieved by analyzing the virtual machine.
