Yeah First crackme and I don't know how to do it I know that someone has written the password but I did not want the solution I wanted to know how to do it myself

Its very easy. Disassemble or decompile the function Login and you will find out that its comparing user input with do_not_hardcode string.

First time on crackmes have been done some reverse eng before, i saw the decompiled code on binary ninja and went hmmm lets see in gdb, while looking at the disassembly. "Wait a minute" and it hit me. Loved the challenge :)
