Description
LABYRINTH / PALIMPSEST 1.0.0 A computation left its evidence out of order. Recover a valid certificate and obtain the authentic CMO{...} flag printed by the original executable. Run: labyrinth.exe --certificate "candidate.lbr" The certificate is exactly 840 bytes: - 4 ASCII bytes: LBR1 - A little-endian 32-bit count: 416 - 416 little-endian 16-bit values, each below 65521 The included README describes the format, feedback and exit codes. No username or external input is required. Native Windows x86-64, written in Rust, fully offline. No installation, administrator privileges or extra runtime package required. Tested on Windows 11 x64. Windows 10 is targeted but has not been tested. Debuggers and virtual machines are welcome. All information needed to solve the puzzle is contained in the executable. No brute force is intended. The final solution must supply a valid certificate to the unchanged executable and recover its authentic flag. Patching the displayed success text alone does not count.
