Description

## Rust CrackMe for Linux A simple crackme written in Rust on purpose: the language adds a lot of extra noise to the binary, and that's part of the idea. The program itself is minimal: it asks for a password and checks it. Under the hood, though, the check is built around a state machine. Why it's used here, and how the transition logic works, is for you to figure out. ## About the protection: - The password is not encrypted, but it isn't stored as a plain sequence of bytes or a readable string either. - It's not obvious: you may not even realize at first that you're looking at the password. You'll need to analyze the algorithm. - The binary is built in release mode **without inlining**, with the Rust functions left intact, to add noise and make analysis harder. **Goal:** Find the correct password. **Rules:** No patching.
