Description
Eleven planets ride six turning rings of a hidden 12x12 grid. Running the program with no arguments prints the full telescope survey (56 timed probes and their echoes). Running it with <name> <serial> replays the serial against that survey and prints either an error or a fingerprint: ORRERY2{XXXXXXXX}. Input: orrery2 <name> <serial> (serial format: XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX) Output: "system charted - ORRERY2{........}" on success. The probe physics and the orbit law are executed by a small stack VM whose bytecode is regenerated, opcode-permuted and encrypted every day. The serial is day-dependent and keyed to the name; the program never knows the answer, it can only replay it. Patching the final branch only yields a wrong fingerprint. Intended path: devirtualize the daily bytecode, model the moving sky, write a solver for the survey, then reverse the serial encoding to build a keygen. Binaries: orrery2.exe (Windows x64, static), orrery2-macos (macOS universal, arm64 + x86_64) and orrery2-linux (Linux x86-64, static). No network, no files written. See README.md in the archive.
